Why do you ask for photos?
Photos help us understand the condition of the home, estimate the time and decide whether one or two professionals are needed.
Is the first cleaning different?
Yes. A first visit often requires a deeper clean. After that, weekly or biweekly maintenance may be booked at a lower recurring rate.
Where are the meals prepared?
Weekly meals are prepared in the client’s home kitchen. Menu, ingredients and containers are discussed before the visit.
Is transportation included?
Your quote will clearly show the service and transportation costs before you confirm the booking.
Which languages are available?
Service is available in English and Portuguese. We can also communicate with Japanese customers using conversational Japanese.
